4. How long we keep your personal data

  • Orders & account data: kept for as long as needed to supply the goods/services you ordered plus 5 years.
  • Marketing data: kept while you continue to consent to receive marketing.

Retention periods also take into account the amount, nature and sensitivity of the data, potential risk of harm, processing purposes and legal requirements.

6. Email marketing

  • We send marketing emails only with your consent.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing help@untamed.com.
  • Service‑related messages (e.g. order confirmations, security notices) are not optional.

7. Online advertising & social media

We work with ad networks, social media companies and partners to show ads that reflect your interests.

Information used includes demographic data and browsing history gathered via cookies or similar tech.

Blocking cookies will not stop ads altogether, but ads may be less relevant and we will be unable to measure ad effectiveness or tailor adverts through our partners.

8. Storing & transferring your personal data

8.1 Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data and store it on secure servers. We will never request your password or payment details by unsolicited email or phone call.

8.2 International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK. Transfers are protected by:

  • Erasure – request deletion where processing is not justified
  • Restriction – limit processing where contested or not justified
  • Withdraw consent – at any time where processing relies on consent
  • Object – to processing based on legitimate interests (including marketing)

To exercise any right, email help@untamed.com. Requests are free unless manifestly unfounded or excessive. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

10. Links to third‑party sites

Our service may link to external sites (partners, advertisers, social media, etc.). Those sites have their own privacy policies and we do not accept liability for them.

11. Children

The Untamed Service is not directed at under‑18s, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it promptly.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice periodically. Material changes will be highlighted by updating the “last modified” date above.

13. Notice to you

When we need to inform you about something (legal, marketing or otherwise) we will choose what we believe is the best way to contact you – usually email or a notice on the Untamed Service.
